Formed in 1997, BITRUST real estate is a leading property valuation and investment management consultancy founded by Holland C Mulenga(BSc (CBU), MSc (Reading - UK), SPR (UK), FSIZ, MZIEA, SCV (IREI - USA),RVS) who is Past chairman of the Valuation Surveyors Registration Board (VSRB), Past President of the Surveyors‟ Institute of Zambia (SIZ); NOW Fellow (FSIZ), Past Chairman of Valuation Chapter and Vice President of the Zambia Institute of Estate Agents (ZIEA).
